  • Do you also have a physical store?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a physical storefront at present. We operate as a home-based bakery with a licensed commercial kitchen. However, we are happy to accommodate advance orders for pick-up.

  • Do you have store hours?

    As a home-based business, our operating hours can vary. If you reach us and we miss your call, please don't hesitate to leave a detailed message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Are we an allergen free bakery?

    Our bakery is not completely allergen-free for nuts, dairy, or gluten. Although we do offer some pastries that are nut- and gluten-free, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please be advised that our bakery regularly handles these allergens.

Questions About Our Products

  • Do you ship your products?

    Yes, we are able to ship most of our products all over the United States & Canada. Our standard method of shipping is USPS or FEDEX. We DO NOT SHIP cakes or cupcakes. Below are the standard shipping times for Ground Service. Certain products require NextDay or SecondDay service. Please call the bakery to discuss shipping costs for specific time constraints.

  • Do you deliver your products?

    CAKES – Delivery is available for cakes that feed a minimum of 100 servings or more and cakes that require on-site assembly. Delivery fees are calculated by the distance traveled from Aliquippa, PA to your location. Our minimum delivery fee is $45.00. Occasion cakes and other custom cakes are generally not a problem for the customer to pick up and transport. Weddings by Patti’s Pastries, LLC. is not responsible for any damage to a cake transported by the customer once it leaves our facility.

  • How much notice is required for an order?

    For Special Occasions Cakes

    • Typically, we ask that you provide us with two weeks' notice before your event.

    • On certain occasions, we may make an exception for you if you are not able to provide us with our two-week requirement. Please contact us directly to inquire.

    For Wedding Cakes

    • We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 1 year to 1 month’s notice.

    • Exceptions can be made for some last-minute orders. Please call for more details.

  • Do you offer nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free products?

    We are not a 100% allergen-free kitchen, if you have an allergy, be advised our products are created in an environment that deals with allergens. However, we do offer some options that are nut- and gluten-free. Please inquire via phone at (724) 770-0745 or use our contact form.

  • Do you offer specialty cake decor?

    If you're looking for a special touch for your cake decoration, we'd be happy to help! Simply let us know what you have in mind, and we'll do our best to source the necessary items. The cost of the item(s) will be included in your final bill without any additional fees.

    * We do not offer fresh flowers. Please reach out to a florist and we can then work together.

  • Do you have cupcakes available at all times?

    We always have a variety of cupcake flavors available during our baking season. Our offerings change regularly with the changing seasons, so please contact us to inquire about our current selection.

  • I bought a cupcake at an event, can you make a cake version?

    Absolutely! Our cupcake flavors have been so popular that we've now adapted them into cakes for your enjoyment. We are proud to offer cakes in the following delicious flavors: Burnt Almond, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough, Oreo, Salted Caramel Pretzel, White Raspberry Truffle, and Butter Cream Snowman. We're confident that you'll love them!

  • I need a last minute cake. Can you help me?

    Unfortunately, we are bake to order bakery. We do not have cakes on hand.

Questions About Payments

  • What is your cake payment policy?

    A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cake order; the remaining balance is due on the date of pickup. (Wedding cakes must be paid in FULL 30 days prior to the wedding date.) Your order is not confirmed until we have received your non-refundable deposit and you have signed our wedding cake contract. Payments can be made in cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover). If you cancel your cake order the deposit you put down is non-refundable.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    We accept CASH, CHECKS, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.
